e-Design + Stylist

This is a comprehensive, personalized design experience for clients who desire a professional service, yet whose budget doesn't quite stretch to turn-key, white-glove Interior Design.

Whether you're simply seeking to elevate your space and re-style what is on hand, or whether you're starting with a completely blank canvas, I can assist.

If you are happy to do some of the legwork yourself (i.e. placing orders, painting colour swatches, measuring up etc.), will be appointing contractors for e.g. painting, flooring etc, and you just need a cohesive design and some guidance, then this an ideal service for you.

My process is efficient and stress-free, and my affordable flat-rate fees mean that there's no hidden cost or surprise total at the end of the project.

What’s included:

a complimentary half-hour Discovery meeting in your home, during which time we briefly discuss which space/s you’d like to address and what goals you’d like to achieve. This is for quotation purposes.
a Concept Board. This board will capture the intended general atmosphere, colours, style & aesthetic direction of your project - it is intended to communicate the design aesthetic, so it will not include exact furniture, fabrics, finishes, or accessories.
a Room board. This board is a presentation of the actual design, with key elements highlighted. This board contains the specifics of the project, and it will include, where relevant: sourced & selected furniture, soft furnishings, art, plants, accessories, lighting, window treatments, paint colour recommendations, materials & finishes, etc. (FF&E specifications).
dependent on the agreed-upon scope of work, the Concept Board &/or Room Board may be accompanied by: development sketches; a Materials & Finishes board (physical or digital); an Indicative Lighting Plan; elevation drawings. Concept and Room boards are digital, and illustration-style, and you will receive a hard-copy of the Concept Board during the Concept Presentation.
a true-to-scale 2D technical Furniture Space Plan of your room's layout, with sourced items marked out for ease of placement. Traffic flow & /or zoning may be shown, if deemed necessary to illustrate.
an itemized shopping list (FF&E specifications) with specific product recommendations & vendor links
of room-styling accessories (at client's cost) similar to those suggested on the concept board, but not already indicated on the itemised shopping list.
two (2) hours client-accompanying shopping trip to select e.g. flooring, custom curtaining, or large furniture items.
one (1) post-design styling session, so as to align the actual space with the proposed design. During this session I will also take photographs for my Portfolio.

What's not included:

selection or design of custom furniture &/or custom window treatments
measuring up & photographing of spaces & furniture items
additional shopping trip hours (billed separately)

What is required of the Client:

completed client questionnaire
inspiration images
a sketch/floorplan + photos of the space
photos & measurements of any existing furniture, fixtures or accessories you'd like to incorporate
sufficient budget (investment) to achieve your desired outcome
