Site visit to take measurements and photographs:

€ 110,- per 1,5 Hours

On-site briefing meeting with contractors/service providers:

€ 75,- per 1 hour

Client Accompaniment:

€ 150,- per 2 hours *

Additional hours @ € 75,- ea

* full e-Design + Stylist package includes two hours of Client Accompaniment time

Would you like assistance liaising with Dutch contractors/service providers?

My project co-ordination service includes contractor/service provider co-ordination & supervision.

I liaise and communicate with all relevant parties, plus I provide the site visits necessary to ensure that the project is on track and running smoothly - typically at the commencement of each new stage of the project, mid-way through each of the stages, and on completion of each of the stages of the project.

The cost of this service is charged at 10% of the total nett cost of the contractors & suppliers that you appoint me to co-ordinate (a minimum fee of €250,- per contractor/supplier applies).

* Please note that this is a project co-ordination service, NOT a project management service - the final responsibility for deliverables rests with each of the applicable service providers

• the above services are (only) available as add-ons to the full package                             

• appointments that run over the booked time are retrospectively charged, and the applicable rate is charged per hour or part thereof
