Quote Validity:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from date thereof

 

Payment terms:

• 50% non-refundable deposit, payable on signed acceptance of the quotation

• 50% balance payable on Finalized Design Presentation – this ensures the release of the full Finalized Design Package to you

Cancellation:

• This agreement may be terminated by either party in writing within three (3) days of signing this contract.  Agreements terminated within three days, shall be refunded in full, less a 10% Processing Fee or minus hours already worked on the project (whichever is greater, with a minimum of three (3) hours @ €75/hour).  If this Agreement is terminated by the Client after three days, then Client shall not receive a refund for service.

 

Additional Fees & Services:

• Any additional hours worked due to Client’s further changes to the design brief i) over and above the quoted amount and ii) after the initial presentation and the subsequent included revision/s, will be charged at the specified hourly rate

• Should the agreed-upon scope of work be substantially increased, MT Spaces reserves the right to review the original quotation, and provide a revised or additional quotation for the Client’s additional requirements.

Non-Payment, & Termination or Suspension of Services:

• In the event that the Client fails to pay MT Spaces any fees required under this agreement, MT Spaces may terminate service without being subject to arbitration.  Alternatively, and in its sole discretion, MT Spaces may suspend its performance under this agreement, until such time as payments due are settled in full.

Late Fees & Legal Fees:

• Invoices due more than 14 days will accrue late fee charges. Additionally, all work will cease and the delivery of items will be withheld until all due invoices are cleared.  

• The amounts quoted are exclusive of any late fee charges or legal dues, should they be incurred.

• Should the Client be in payment default, legal fees to resolve the matter will be for the Client's account.

 

Photographing Completed Works:

• For MT Spaces’ portfolio of works, the Client agrees to allow MT Spaces to photograph the project through all its stages of works and after the project is completed (i.e. Before & After pictures)

• If the photographs will be used for business or publicity reasons e.g. posting online on social media, or used for marketing and advertising, MT Spaces agrees not to disclose the Client’s name or address without prior consent

Purchasing or Procurement:

• MT Spaces does not currently offer a full-service/turn-key interior design service i.e. items are not procured, stored, assembled or installed on the Client’s behalf

 ​

Proprietary Rights:

• MT Spaces retains the ownership of the interior design concept, copyrights, sketches, 2D plans and 3D drawings, samples, swatches, intellectual property, patents, and any other materials prepared for the project.

Indemnification:

• The Client hereby agrees to indemnify MT Spaces for any potential loses or additional expenses that the Client may incur whilst this Service Level Agreement is in place​

 

Disclaimers - FF&E Specifications:

MT Spaces accepts no liability (financial or otherwise) in regard to the below-mentioned points

• Samples: in the event that MT Spaces does not provide specific samples, the Client is strongly encouraged to order samples (fabric, flooring, etc.) before making the final purchase.  

• Paint colour suggestions: due to light-fall on paint in real-life situations altering colour perceptions, the Client is strongly encouraged to swatch test paint colours to determine which colour is most suitable.    

• Vendor links: shopping links point (wherever possible) to the best available price of items.  MT Spaces does not, however, guarantee that the price shown is the lowest possible price.   

• Returns & Exchanges: whilst a great deal of care and attention has been paid to the selection of the suggested items, it is simply not possible to recommend each item from personal experience.  Consequently, please be aware of the possibility of necessary returns or exchanges due to e.g. quality, colour variations etc.

Disclaimers - Other:

• MT Spaces does not provide a warranty, guarantee or certification on the part of any contractor hired in for the project, and neither will MT Spaces be responsible for the quality of their works, materials used, their performance, nor their duration of works 

• MT Spaces cannot guarantee prices of merchandise, interior installation, or other services not performed directly by MT Spaces

• The Client is responsible for insurance coverage for all interior design furnishings, fixtures, equipment and all other materials during handling, moving and installations

• The T’s & C’s specified in this Service Level Agreement are subject to change at the sole discretion of MT Spaces Interior Design
