ADD-ON SERVICES

 Option 1: Site visit to take measurements and photographs:

€ 110,- per 1,5 Hours

Option 2: On-site briefing meeting with contractors/service providers:

€ 75,- per 1 hour

Need help co-ordinating Dutch contractors and service providers?​

I'll handle all the communication and liaison work with your contractors and suppliers, plus conduct site visits at key moments - at the start of each project phase, midway through, and upon completion - to keep everything on track and running smoothly.

** Important to note **

this is a CO-ORDINATION service, not full project management.  Each service provider remains responsible for their own deliverables, and MT Spaces Interior Design does not assume liability for their work.

Investment (option 3):

10% of the total net cost of the contractors and suppliers I coordinate on your behalf (minimum €250 per contractor/supplier).

• Option 1 is available as an add-on to the Space Planning or Interior Plan (2D) services

• Options 2 and 3 are available only as add-ons to the Interior Plan (2D) service
